Ana Beatriz is one of the founding partner of Augazo (in 2008) having performed more than 1,000 assessments up to now.
Prior to augazo, Ana Beatriz was responsible for talent management and corporate governance practices at Heidrick&Struggles in Latin America for five years. Her focus was to develop and improve clients’ senior team performance. Along this period she worked with Brazilian and multinational companies, public and private-owned ones, in projects of internal succession, performance model design, human capital optimization during merge & acquisitions and board design.
Previously, Ana Beatriz worked for eleven years in management consulting practices at Accenture and McKinsey, leading projects in different industries such as media and entertainment, foods, cement, healthcare, utilities, cleaning, telecommunications and personal care. Leading large consulting teams, Ana Beatriz developed and implemented a variety of projects involving corporate strategy, operational effectiveness, organization design, valuation and ERP implementation.
Ana Beatriz has BS degree in Electronic Engineering at PUC in Rio de Janeiro, technology degree in Computer Science at ITA (the Brazilian Air-force Technology Institute), post-graduation in corporate finance at IAG-Master at PUC-RJ, Executive Coaching specialization at Columbia University, MBA at Harvard Business School, with emphasis in corporate governance and qualification in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) tool.
Sandra Paiva is an augazo’s senior associate consultant, acting as organizational consultant since 2003, developing professional counseling projects, career management and coaching processes for high level executive, as well she has acted on competency evaluation projects, profile assessment and has conducted training and presented lectures on career management, leadership development, people management and change management.
For four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she was responsible for communication and change management practices on outsourcing services projects, supporting mid- to large-sized clients. She has also been engaged on executive career restructuring, as well she has supported hiring processes for outsourcing services. Previously, she has worked for more seventeen years in the clinic area, on learning potentials development.
Sandra has a BS degree in Phonoaudilogy (PUC-Camp), is specialized in Psychopedagogy (Instituto Sedes Sapientiae) and post graduated in High Abilities Carriers (Faculdade de Educação – UERJ).
Sandra has also certified in coaching by the Integrated Coaching Institute (ICI) and she has qualification in MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) tools Step I, Step II and Instrumental Enrichment Program of The International Center for the Enhancement of Learning Potential (ICELP – Jerusalem). Sandra is a member of the Association for Psychological Type International (APTI).
Joceli Cristovam is an administrative project manager at augazo since 2008 and the Partner responsible for the administration of the company.
Joceli is responsible for overall project administration and provides supports to clients’ executives on the implementation of competency analysis tools used on internal succession and executive development projects. She is also responsible for augazo finance and administration department, serving as a focal point for clients and suppliers.
Joceli worked for 10 years in large multinational consulting firms such as Heidrick & Struggles, Accenture and A.T.Kearney, and has experience on administration and customer care.
Joceli has BA on Portuguese and English Language and General Literature from Universidade Paulista and has attended several specialization courses in Brazil and the USA, such as Leadership Style, Assertive Posture, and Project Management. She also has certification on English Language Skills from University of Cambridge, Spanish language skills certification and specialization on the personal characteristic assessment tool – OPQ 32i – Occupational Personality Questionnaire, and others.
Carla Zanna is a senior associate consultant at Augazo, with strong experience in human and organizational development.
Initially, as an executive, she was responsible for the definition and implementation of policies in the management of people in several segments (industries, banks, services).
For seven years, he was responsible for Kienbaum-Böge’s assessment and coaching practices, where he also managed professional development programs, interacting with the top tier of client companies, and accumulating experience in competency assessment, individual and organizational goals.
Since 2002, as a consultant, she has worked in the area of culture transition and leadership development, leading projects focused on the formation of high performance teams. Carla has specialized in Executive Coaching and Life Coaching – “The Human Element” methodologies of Will Schutz and “The Inner Game” by Tim Gallwey – and is the Development Director of Chapter SP of the ICF (International Coach Federation).
Carla holds a degree in Organizational Psychology, postgraduate in Human Development (UNAERP), and an MBA from the Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA / USP).
Otávio Villares de Freitas is a senior associate consultant at Augazo, specializing in corporate and family governance.
Otavio has been in business consulting for twenty years, having worked as a consultant in multinational companies such as Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), PwC-PricewaterhouseCoopers, Value Partners and White Mountain. He was Director of Search and HR Consulting at German Roland Berger Executive Resources.
He has participated in important projects in the Corporate and Family Governance areas and has worked in projects focused on Human Resources management in partnership with HPI Human Perspectives International.
Otávio has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Mauá Institute of Technology, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV-SP, and an International Executive MBA from FIA-USP, with modules at American (Vanderbilt-Owen and Wharton) and European universities ( City University-England and Ecole de Management de Lyon-France). He has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie, in the area of Organizational Behavior. He is a member of the FBN-Family Business Network (with headquarters in Switzerland) and the IBGC-Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance.
Patricia Busatto is Executive Coach and Partner Consultant of Augazo.
Specialized in Organizational Development and Leadership. Patrícia has built her career in leading companies in their respective segments, having more than 20 years of experience in partnership with high profile clients and executives, providing solutions focused on organizational development, human capital and management.
For four years at Korn / Ferry and SpencerStuart, Patricia led executive appraisal projects and recruitment and selection projects for senior positions (CEO, VP, Board, General Management) to national and international clients in various industry sectors. He also participated in projects of organizational redesign and support to the development of teams.
Previously, Patricia has served for more than twelve years in corporate environments, both as senior consultant at Booz-Allen, and in line papers in IT and Operations at Shell and Esso. For Booz, he participated extensively in transformation projects and organizational redesign.
Patricia holds a degree in Electronic Engineer from the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná, holds an MBA in Finance from PUC-RJ and a specialization in Social Psychology from the Instituto Sedes Sapientiae. Has training in Consultants – The leader as a facilitator for Adigo, Integrated Coaching (ICI), with recognition of the International Coaching Federation, and training in Biographical Counseling, by the Sagres-SC Association. He is a member of the Anthroposophical Society in Brazil.
Renata Costa is executive coordinator jr. in the Augazo since 2013.
Renata is responsible for the secretarial activities of: daily coordination of the agenda, organization and follow-up of workshops and training, conference, control and scheduling of payments, management of tasks by projects, control of evaluation tools via internet, document archiving and travel organization.
With experience in the areas of bilingual secretarial, administration and training, Renata has worked for more than 12 years in multinational companies such as Grupo Boticário, Grupo Votorantim and Banco Citibank.
Renata Costa holds a Bilingual Secretariat – Portuguese / English from São Judas Tadeu University.
